  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification.

Please send counter-notices to killzofficial@gmail.com. We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant, who will have 10 business days to file a court action seeking to prevent the re-posting of the material.

3. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, we will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. If you believe that your account has been terminated in error or due to a misunderstanding, please contact us to resolve the issue.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under the DMCA, we are not responsible for content uploaded by our users, and we are not required to monitor such content. Our website acts as an intermediary and will remove infringing content upon receiving a proper DMCA notice.
